What if it is forecast to rain?
In the lead-up to outdoor sessions, I will be in contact regarding the weather. I avoid rescheduling sessions; however, you can consider switching indoors if your session cannot occur outdoors. Alternatively, I will contact you to reschedule your sessions within a few hours from the original time.
Do you offer payment plans
Yes! Flexible payment options are available to make things easy and stress-free— please just let me know and we can discuss what this looks like for you.
Do I get to select my images?
You do! Following your session, your full gallery will be emailed to you. After viewing all the images from your session, you will have 24 hours to select your image collection. The images you choose will be the final images displayed in your gallery for you to download.
Rescheduling / Cancellations
I understand that life may not always go to plan. I appreciate as much notice as possible for rescheduling and will commit to being as flexible as possible. For cancellations, the $300 deposit/creative fee will be retained. This will not be valid when rebooking.
Privacy
Social media is a large portion of marketing, yet I understand and respect your requests for privacy. Please notify me via email before your session if you wish to have your images remain off social media or post approved images only.
How long until I receive my gallery?
You receive access to your personalised image gallery 3-4 weeks after you select your image collection and make any outstanding payments.
2. Your Session Happens
We'll spend the allocated time together making magic at your location.
3. Choose your collection
After your session, you'll receive a full gallery of beautifully edited images to view within 7 days of your session. You'll have 24 hours to gaze at your images, choose your favourites and select an image collection that suits you. Once your final payment is made, your chosen images will be delivered within 3–4 weeks.
What do I wear?
What depicts you/your family the most? Are those bright colours, patterns, mix-and-match fits, or are they natural and dresses that flow? Your answer to these questions will be more than sufficient for your session! Please don't feel the need to fork out extra costs for new outfits. These sessions focus on authenticity, so be you! If you would like any suggestions or advice, please get in touch via email in the lead-up to your sessions!
Confirmation and payments
To confirm your session and lock in the date, a non-refundable $300 deposit is required. Following this, your final balance will be displayed for you to see and is due 3 days before your session.
How does your process work?
The packages have been made to be flexible and accessible. Sessions follow a three-step process:
1. Secure your session
A $300 creative fee secures your date, confirms your session and includes all the planning support to help you feel confident and prepared.
(Please note the creative fee is separate from the image collections and is not deducted from any package.)
